The first consultation will usually take between one and one and a half hours, with follow up consultations lasting no more than 45 minutes.
Prior to attending the initial consultation you will be sent a brief questionnaire to complete and return to me before your consultation.

Costings for a Nutritional Therapy consultation are as follows:
Initial consultation: €90
Each follow up consultation: €45
Weight Loss Buddy program (this includes a full nutritional therapy consultation and a personalised weight loss program):
Initial consultation (individually): €90
Each follow up consultation: €30 per person, maximum 2 people
Special offers:
Book and pay for an initial consultation and first follow up and save €15
Book and pay for an initial consultation and two follow ups and save €20
Generally each follow up is between 4 and 6 weeks after the initial consultation. To avail of the special offer the follow up must be paid for at the initial consultation and a date (within 6 weeks) agreed.
Please note these charges are for consultations taking place at the clinic in Newlands Manor. Consultations which take place in other locations (for example your own home or office) will incur surcharge of between €10 and €20 depending on the location.
